Looking for a responsive yet simplistic grid portfolio system!

    I am not looking to pay out hundreds of pounds for a design agency to hook me up so im looking for an alternative that I could maybe do myself, either by completely designing a site from scratch or using a template. So far all the themes I have found that come close to this are very limited in their customization e.g. cant change the colour of anything, fonts, header content, footer content, etc.

    I basically want a page with a header and nav bar along the top (the header containing my logo) and then the pictures beneath (or above) it all in squares (or widescreen shapes) with no spaces between them… Just like the example site!

    Obviously I dont just want to rip this guys code completely and I wouldnt know where to start when coding one myself and I need a system that I can easily add images and posts to in the future which is why I have come to wordpress…

    If anyone knows of any themes that I can accomplish this with (where I can actually change the colour of items and remove the space between images, etc.) or a process of designing this I could really use your help!
