Looking for a rotating image plug-in for sidebar

I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t seem to find a very simple sidebar gallery.

Here is what I want:
Display 4+ images vertically in the sidebar.
Upon page refresh, change to 4 different photos.

Does this exist?
