looking for a simple cart system that e-mails the order without payment options

The “Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on Pro” addon will do it. Basically you setup the same products but tell PayPal the price is $0. In the settings you have PayPal bypass any order with a $0 amount and the form gets emailed like any other form.

@txfig thanks for the tip. I just looked into it, and it looks like it is not the option I am looking for. This looks like making an order form with all the products in it. Since it is almost 400 items that people can lend/hire this would not work…. I guess really need more like a webshop, but without payment online… Maybe WooCommerce will be the way to go after all.

Each page / form does not have to list all of the items. You can list as many – or as few – items as you wish. Including down to a single item.

thanks for getting back to me, but I guess I didn’t explain myself correctly… there are almost 400 items, and people need to be able to add several different and multiple of these items (and these choices will change per person) to their cart / order form. So really like a normal online shopping cart, except without paying upfront….
