Looking for a solution

Hi I am looking for a solution that does the following, does your pro version do all of these things?

1. create roles which have access to only see a certain folder to download.
2. point those roles folder to a ftp server folder.
3. show sub folders in this main folder. When sub folders are clicked documents are listed and can be downloaded.
4. allow users to login to see ONLY their roles downloads
5. allow user to change password with security such as entering their own password..
