Questionnaire plugin

  • Hi all.
    Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
    I want to create a questionnaire on my site.
    After the user is asked some questions and submits the form they are delivered different results in text format with links or buttons. These results are dependant on what input was given to the form.
    I have Formidable forms installed already but it doesnt appear to do this.
    Can anyone help?

  • I’m surprised to learn Formidable does not offer this.
    Look at Gravity Forms, they will offer you custom success pages based on conditional logic as well as custom response emails based on conditional logic.
