So here’s what I’m looking to do: I am building a site that is more geared towards content and less towards blogging, though I’d like to do both. I have some categories built up, but I’d like to split posts into two feeds.

I want to have one ‘Reviews’ section with multiple categories or subcategories, and I would like a button to access these reviews in the top bar (kinda like a page).

I would also like to have a blog feed where I can post news or other bits that I don’t want to file forever in my reviews section. I would also like a button for this in the top bar.

So far I’ve tried a few themes, and I really like Custom Community, but I can’t get it to do what I want. It will let me make a menu, but I can only have one in the header, and if I put it there then it covers the other pages I have. And I can’t get a button in the top bar like I want.

Is there a way to do what I’m looking for??

Maybe Colorway would do the trick for you.
Funny thing is that I need exactly the same thing, but in my case Colorway isnt working since it doesnt accept Greek fonts in its main Home page features… ??
So if there is anyone out there that has a theme in mind let me know.
What I need is pretty muchthe same as commiehunter:
Ability to have lots of “menus” (pages) under the home banner, preferably with drop down menus and parent-child subpages and to support Greek fonts!

Any Theme that supports Custom Navigation Menus should meet your needs, as Custom Navigation Menus can display links to Categories.

Thanks Chip! I’ll look into that. I had a couple of themes that let me make custom menus, but the problem was that no matter how many I made, the theme would only let me put one menu in any given location. In the case of one of them, if I put a menu in the bar, it only had ‘home’ and the single menu. It wouldn’t let me do multiple menus, or even one custom menu along with pages.

I’ll keep looking using that as a starting point, though.

    Hi panorgyn,

Have you tried Altahualpa theme. You can see my site at https://bachutha.com as an example.
