Looking for a Ticking System

  • Good Afternoon All,

    I am looking for a ticketing system on steroids. What I need it to do is the following:

    Keep track of products and subscription services (e.g. Website and hosting)
    Allow me to put invoices in PDF on there for clients
    Allow clients to email an email address such as [email protected] and it make a ticket based on their email address
    Allow clients to make tickets in the panel
    Allow clients to view past tickets & invoices (above)
    Allow clients to cancel subscriptions

    Any Ideas would be greatly appriciated, really can’t seem to find anything that’s remotely what I want.
