Looking for a Two-Step Login – Done DIFFERENTLY

  • All the two-step login plugins I have looked at so far require a mobile or phone. It may be unwelcome news to some plugin authors, but seriously, lots of people owning a blog have neither a phone, nor a mobile, or at least not the latter. Which means that anything involving codes trandmitted via a phone are out.

    Thus, what I am actually looking for is a means to require two logins to achieve a full login. Like for instance, the user first logs in with one set of data, and only if they successfully log in with that set, they get to a secondary log in page, where they “truly” log into WP with an entirely different set of data which are completely hidden from perception of anyone sniffing around the blog.

    Does something like this exist? Someone working on it?
