Looking for a User Managed Directory Add-on

    I hope this is an Ok place to post and ask this.

    I have searched and searched, and cannot seem to find a set of add-ons that will give me the features I need, and hope someone may have an idea for something that will work.

    Basically, I am looking for a searchable directory, like most of the existing business directories out there, that can handle thousands of locations.

    The listings need logged in site users to be able to make changes to the listings – or at least make suggestions for changes. Properties such as description, adjusting the location, etc.

    Locations need to be viewable on a Google map, preferably with geolocation of the user.

    A rating system – 1-5 stars – for locations is needed. Multiple ratings, where I could specify what aspect is being rated, would be better.

    Does anyone know if this exists, or if it’s custom coding time?

    To clarify, *all* users should be able to make or suggest changes to *all* listings. Basically, a social directory. No one would “own” and manage a single listing, like most of the existing add-ons.
