looking for a Vanilla forums comment integration/replacement for WordPress

I’m looking for a WordPress plugin that would turn off and replace the entire commenting system with a link to a Vanilla forum much like how bbsync works.

For example, when a blog post is published on WordPress, a similar entry with an excerpt would be generated on the Vanilla end with each entry on both apps linking back to each other.

Is there anything like that existing in the plugin repository? I tried googling it and also ran a search on www.ads-software.com but so far I could not find anything.

I think this is part of the bbPress plugin scope, though not for v1.

I know bbsync is included as part of bbPress that is why I am asking if there is something similar for Vanilla forums which is a different application
