Looking for a WordPress plug-in that enables a pay per file upload system

I’m looking for a WordPress plug-in that has the ability to do the following:

– Member will need to register in order to upload a file (*note once users log in, they will only have access to the pay center page to upload)
– Upon uploading, the user will be asked to pay a fee and then a customized upload form will be granted access to user (ensuring that I
– The user will be charged per file every time he/she wants to upload
– Then the uploaded file is carried over to a public download area can customize the form is especially important)where other users can download.

Is there such a plug-in that exists for me to do this? I’ve been searching but haven’t really found one that specifically addresses what I need. Are they any keywords I should be entering when trying to find a WordPress plug-in/s of this type?
