Looking for an "alive" request form plugin

  • Hello everyone!
    Does any one knows what plagin I can use to create a quote request form where choosing from drop-down list of services the new boxes will appear or disappear according to chosen service? Like for example in some online shop websites when you tick a box “yes” answering the question “are you a new customer?” you get new boxes to fill in your details.

    To my knowlegde, that will require a few custom js/php coding.
    Like 1/2 days of work with your website.

    Oh, so those are not plugins then.. ok,thanks! Will not be able to do that myself, will think about it

    Well, i know many plugins, none that for what you seek.

    And, yes it’s not very difficult to do, as even I can code that kind of things. The idea would be, for example to grab a content in a div or table.

    It’s not to hard in a WP loop (once data is catch, data comes in any div for gross example),

    I will add in general i use the contact form 7 plugin from japan, it’s very well written, and perfectly use jquery.
