Looking for an Artist rating Plugin –

I’m looking to transfer a site in HTML to wordpress in the coming months.

Is there a plugin that will allow artists to have a uniform page that has a description section and an audio clip, and then allow the artist to be voted on for a particular year?

For instance – in 2009, there are several musical artists that have a page that describes them, and then you can vote for the artist.

Winners are added to the 2009 Hall of Fame.

Is a plug-in available that is close to this?

I’ve seen plugins like vote-the-post and wp-polls, but they don’t seem to be quite what I’m looking for.

Anyone have any suggestions?
