Looking For An Auto Quote Box

I own two companies in the auto transport industry (Car Shipping Carriers & Auto Transport Quote Services) and I am looking to have a new quote box/contact form in my website. A competitor of mine is montway.com and they have an auto quote system on their website. What is peoples opinion on this? Do you all think it is beneficial to have that or just have the customer submit their data and we would call them shortly thereafter?

Any thoughts?
