Looking for an Ecommerce Solution with Ticket System (free)

    Just wondering if there are any free (and secure/userfriendly) eCommerce solutions with a ticket system (can be additional plugin).
    I know woocommerce is king, but the ticket system costs money.
    Cart66 looks pretty slick but Zendesk costs money.

    I would like it that if someone purchased an item they can create a ticket linked to their purchase.

    Throw some keywords at me please.
