    may be try this when we place any link it should pull first image from the link page ,like face boook style try placing link in facebook in share area

    well if you visit facebook.com go to home or your own profile you will see option called What’s on your mind? over there if you paste any external link it wil create excerpt from the link and pull thumb images from the link

    you can try placing any link in What’s on your mind?

    or if you need more idea you can visit joomlo cms plugin section you will see more different plugin available for joomlo which can be converted to wordpress
