That last one is a Template Monster template – you’d have to convert it to a theme.

The last one is one of the my fav but do I need to pay for that one? Also do you know of anymore themes?

Yes – TemplateMonster is a paid template place. I never use them personally, but I do look at the templates, sometimes there’s an idea or two to be had.

If you use Google, you will find a lot of themes. BE CAREFUL though – watch there’s no malware or hidden links in the theme. Sometimes free isn’t free at all! ??
