Looking for an order form/cart plugin

I’m converting a client’s existing static site to WordPress. Said client is a wedding planner who offers a “Production” site with various order forms for his customers.

I’m looking for a plugin to create the custom order forms (or products). The client needs to be able to make most changes without HTML or CSS knowledge (hence the move to WordPress).

I’ve tried Formidable and a couple of other form plugins, but haven’t found anything suitable. I’ve also tried eShop. The client does not process payments online and doesn’t wish to.

Can anyone recommend plugins or options for this site that suit the client’s needs?
