Looking for Category plugin

I’m looking for a plugin which will list all your categories for you, including the number of posts in each. Similar to the “Blog Categories” section over at https://binarybonsai.com/archives

I’m pretty certain I’ve seen it elsewhere too, so guessing it must be a plugin. I’ve tried Nice Comments and as nice as it is, it doesn’t quite do what I’m after. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
