Looking for certain registration/user customizations

Hi, I’m looking for one or more registration or user management plugins that do the following:

1. Doesn’t ask for email upon registration (or only sends registration/username/password confirmation when user asks for it)

2. Relies on a security question/answer to retrieve password rather than the whole email process of getting a new WP password if it’s forgotten

3. Let’s the admin define custom fields on signup

4. Allows the admin to put profiles on public display

I know Register Plus does #3, but I’m not sure if it covers the other three or whether there are any other plugins that do?
