Looking for Content for a WP Presentation

I have to do a presentation titled “Maintaining a Healthy WordPress Site”. Has anyone done a presentation on this topic and would they mind me seeing their notes? I promise to give you credit.

I am also looking for the wordpress logo that has an illness. It would make a nice opener.
