Looking for detailed Transposh tutorial

I am looking for a detailed Transposh tutorial (more than the 5 lines provided here)

I have my content translated and ready to go and was thinking that there would be some way that my pages would have tabs to insert the translated content… perhaps I have the wrong plugin, or am chasing unicorns, but it doesn’t seem to be as obvious as it seemed to be.

Anyways, I could really use a detailed tutorial for total beginners ??
