looking for easy day counter

I am looking for a timer of sorts… something I can easily install into my existing WP and have it count days.

i.e. “I haven’t eaten peanut butter sandwiches for [x] days.” Or, “I haven’t exercised in [x] days”

I’ve looked around but I might not be using the correct key words to identify what it is I’m looking for.
