Looking for enhanced Link management

Hello,

I am looking for a plug-in that permit depper features for Links (but as I am new to wordpress I still don’t have the skills to create my own plug-in).

Here is what I already did in PHP and I’d like to find as a plug-in :

First point : A link manager that permit to hide link url thru redirection done by the PHP script (for example you’ll see only an anchor with “www.mysite.com/link.php?url=wordpress” instead of https://www.www.ads-software.com, then link.php will check into a table that give real URL and redirect user to it.

Second point : A stat counter so I know which links are most clicked (and by whom if logged user).

Third point : Protect some links by a simple password popup window or limit to logged users only.

Is there any plug-in already doing this ?
