Looking for event registration and QR plugin

Hi, Im creating a site for a autoshow and a requirement is that people who participants can register so I’m looking for a plugin where I can make my own forms and people can register but also I want to send the users a QR code so when they get to the event, they can show me their QR code and staff would only need to scan that code to print a custom regulation with the info they registered.

So far the only one I find to work with QR codes is eventespresso, also found others but I believe they dont work with QR codes,
