Looking for file upload for public page

  • I would like to ceate a “hub” for clients to upload files to me through a page in my site. I saw Ajax and can’t figure out how to make it work within a WP page. I just want something very simple. A text box, browse box and upload box. I would like to be able to configure the destination folder for where the files are uploaded to on my server.

    Is there anything out there for FREE?

    the cforms plugin that people use for comments and contact forms also includes the ability to have an upload box.

    It works great for me on file uploads up to about 50Mb in size, but it seems to have problems after that. But that just might be a configuration problem on my end.

    It does everything you are looking for, including custom upload directory.. it took me a bit to figure out exactly how to get it configured, but the person who runs the support forum for the plugin was a great help to me, as was the FAQ they have
