Looking for files containing my blogposts

I installed MAMP on my Mac to use WordPress offline. After a couple of days using it, I screwed up something and had to reinstall. Now my blogposts are gone! My old Users/username/Sites/wordpress folder is still intact, but I can’t find my posts within that folder. What file are they in?
