Looking for Help

I’m looking to pay someone to help me fix my left sidebar. It doesn’t seem to be much work, but it’s beyond everything I’ve tried. If you’ll note the Recent Posts block, it’s background is a rounded, darker shade of grey. I’ve been trying to get this to work for most of what I put in that sidebar. It only used a roundtop.gif for the rounded corner, and it’s got to be between the style sheet and sidebar.php … I’m stumped.
