Looking for highly effective ad plugin

Hey guys, I am wondering if there is any plugin that will let me manage ads on my site. Since I am selling ads directly to companies I need something that provides them with cpanel so that they can check on stats at all times, something that lets me put their ads infront of the right audience (like targeted by University) and the ad to be up at a certain time. Is there anything like this out there on the market?
