Looking for Invoicing Plugin

I am looking for an invoicing plugin that will do automatically regenerated recurring invoicing, that isn’t actually tied to Paypal Recurring Billing. I.e., I’m happy to either process the payments manually, or if there is a PayPal Payments Pro gateway, that’s fine, but these aren’t “subscription” payments that just happen automatically. They are single invoices that happen on a recurring basis, and then get paid individually each time they are send out.

Are there any recurring invoicing plugins that will automatically send a new invoice on a recurring basis without user intervention?
