Looking for MLS requirement confirmation

  • I am planning to purchase the premium version of Estatik so MLS listings can be displayed on the website that I am building in WP with Elementor. The information I can get on my side is that through Matrix (powered by Corelogic) will produce an IDX configuration something. When I go to purchase the premium version it asks me to select an MLS provider. How do I know if it is API Prod. CoreLogic-Trestle? Can’t risk spending the cost of the premium version without some confirmation that I have the right things to make it work. I’ve emailed the contact email several times but no response so asking here.

    I did, and they’ve been helpful with regular responses. Still haven’t worked out the method to get the MLS grid data to Estatik. Still trying….

Once you purchase the premium version, you will have included support to help you connect your MLS to your website.

    To ensure everything runs smoothly, please verify that you have the necessary credentials and access from your MLS provider. Visit Trestle to sign up; you need to subscribe to access MLS listing data. The subscription is month-to-month, and you won’t incur fees until your data connections are set up.

    You can contact your MLS provider directly and ask if they use CoreLogic Trestle to transfer data via API. They should provide you with this information.

    You can also check the documentation or the Matrix interface you’re using to see which platforms and APIs are supported for data access

    Thank you very much for posting that Estatik. On the form to purchase the Premium plugin a required field is “You connected to the following MLS providers” For 2 days I’ve been stuck on this, and I wasn’t sure what to even ask the MLS boards.

    Those are not “MLS providers” so it left me extremely unsure how to proceed. You may want to consider changing that from “You connected to the following MLS providers” to “Confirm that your MLS provider uses the following method to transfer data via API”

    Both of my customers MLS’ use the RESO Web API / Bridge Data Output and I was able to ascertain this by looking in the MLS’ data documentation and I found few of the commands and could see the commands include: GET https://api.bridgedataoutput.com/

    Anyways, hope this is somewhat helpful for any others left in the same boat of confusion ;o)
