Looking for 'One-Page' or 'Portfolio' style Themes for CMS

Hi, I’m looking to start a new project soon and I’ve already got in mind the style of wordpress theme I want to use but I don’t think I am tapping the broad availability out there so I thought I’d ask for some help in helping me locate more of what I’m looking for.

I’ve linked some theme demos as examples and you will quickly see that I’m looking for that

that you may find in portfolio themes but I would like to use it as a CMS. Keeping in mind I plan to have over 100 separate pages of actual content, I’d need a menu system capable of displaying all the pages to the links in a nice fashion as well (i’d rather not see 100 buttons but some sort of drop down or on-click action that makes them visible).
