looking for plugin

First off my site will be run mostly by professional posts..i will have a page that links to all of the professional persons sites that give them a link as well as credit.. but the way wordpress works is as u sign up the lower on the list of users you become( in other words the first person gets pushed farther down the list) now what I am looking for is a plugin that as soon as a contributor posts to the blog that his name and link will appear at the top of the list of contributors…i dont know if i have given enuf info please forgive me if i haven’t…
