Looking for plugin similar to acronym, but for lin

Did a search and did not really find what was needed. Basically I am looking for something that will automatically convert common terms into hyperlinks. Using a list similar to that found in the popular auto-acronym plugin.
Not that it is difficult to click the link button or manually type out the html, but it would be nice for common places to be done for me.
