Looking for Plugin: simple database where a public user can add and edit data

    Hello,
    Anyone knows a little and simple plugin to:
    – a user can enter a line in database, with a maximum of 5 fields.
    – he enters also a password, which enables him to edit later his data (so that nobody else can edit the data for him).
    That’s all ??
