looking for post quotes plugins

  • I have a WordPress site page and hope to install any plugins or customized to looks like this: https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/keywords/post.html

    user could post their request, and will be displayed on the pages, if post is too long, the abstract will be displayed,

    I searched for a long time and could not find similar things, I do not like forum, this page should be simple, clear and easy to use, anybody suggestions? thanks
