Looking for product specific shipping method

Hi,
I would like to have certain products shipped cold on my website. I looked at the premium shipping plugin and the Specific state, specific country shipping plugin but neither of those seem to apply to my case. Is there a way to make a specific item ship only one method out of the choices that I have available? Like USPS, UPS or FedEx? All I need to do is restrict one or two items to ship say ‘two day overnight’ through any one (or all) shippers. If this is possible let me know how I can do this or if not, I propose that it is incorporated into the premium shipping plugin, or another plugin.
