  • Would it be possible to include a way to stop someone using a free trial coupon over and over again by just changing their email address?

    Thank you for your suggestion! To clarify your request, it seems like you’re looking to restrict the free trial coupon so that non-logged-in customers cannot use it repeatedly by just changing their email address. Could you please elaborate a bit more on the specific scenario you’re encountering?

    In the meantime, one solution is to create a coupon that is restricted to one-time use per person. You can do this by setting a Usage limit per coupon under the Coupon Data section (navigate to Coupons -> Usage restrictions -> Usage limit per coupon). This would ensure that a single customer, whether logged in or not, can only use the coupon once. However, for further control, you can also restrict the coupon to logged-in users only to prevent non-logged-in customers from exploiting it.
