Looking for robust email subscription plugin/solution

I’m in need of a WP solution that ticks all of the following boxes. I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to find one, so I thought I’d ask you guys for help!

– subscribe to blog via email functionality
– subscribe form has customizable fields in addition to email (name, organization, etc.)
– form has an option to sign up with your Facebook/Twitter/Gmail account
– form automatically manages email subscription but also lets us manage/download the subscribers and send them occasional one-time emails

I’m fine combining solutions if needed, but would prefer a “complete package” if possible. Thanks in advance!
