Looking for searchable Member Manager

I am helping out a friend that has a bunch of ‘practitioners’ of his system that he wants to display on his wordpress blog.

The problem is there are so many options, I do not know which is good. I tried several already and none of the ones I looked into are what he needs. I have already spent like 5 hours in this and decided maybe someone here already knows of something. Here is what it needs to do:

Max information:
Picture of practitioner
Skill set of practitioner
Skype address of practitioner
Location (full address maybe but now always)
phone number (sometimes)
email address (often)
additional languages spoken

Here is an example of someone that has a lot of data for him to display:

Others have less others have the same amount but not all the experience.

Is there a plugin that already exists that he can use where he could have his practitioners search-able by any field they have entered, such as name, address, country, skill set, experience, etc?
But also where they could create their own membership profile and just be plugged in and has an admin interface where he can make it where they do not show up if he needs to, so he can control the people on it?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. I know something that precise probably is not already in production, but is there something close?

He plans on this being a free service for them, so I am trying to make this free for him, I am even doing this for him for free.
