Looking for the perfect slideshow

I’m looking either for a plugin or a way of coding a slideshow that can be randomized with each of the images linking to a different page within my site.

This is the mock-up I made for my client (they are a association of acting studios with over 30 members and each want an equal chance at being highlighted):

Imagine that each one of those pictures would randomly change after say 10 seconds and while one image is visible, a user would be able to click to go to that studio’s featured page.

I’m not a great coder, but I’m not horrible and I’m willing to learn if that’s the best solution.
