Looking for the right database search plugin

Hello everyone,
I am not sure this is the place to post this but… I am looking for a plugin that will allow site users to perform a databse search after choosing a set of criteria. I’ve looked at different search plugins but I don’t thing they are exactly what I am looking for. Below is an example that will help better understand what i’m after.

Example with fruits:
Objective: allow users to search the best fruit that suits their needs

Phase1: users select if they want (i) a local fruit or (ii) a foreign fruit

Phase 2: user choses 5 criteria amongst a list of 20. For example: (i) sweet, (ii) cheap, (iii) good for your heart, (iv) seedless, etc, and 16 more.

Phase 3: user hits “search” and the plugin comes up with 5 of the best matching fruit/vegies based on the criterias the user selected. The search is performed on a database we would upload to the site.

Phase 4: user is asked to pay if they want to see the result.
