Looking for user driven content plugiin

    This might be a stretch, but I would much rather use the WordPress platform if possible.

    Is there a plugin that exists that could provide functionality where a user fills out a form then that information is added to a wordpress page to be displayed in a table format? Or something to that effect?

    Here’s an example of what I’m wanting to accomplish but in a WordPress environment:

    My initial thoughts were that I’d either have to use something like Joomla or custom work, but figured I’d check in with the WP community first.
