Looking for wordpress MU programmer

Hi! I’m searching for a competent and trustworthy programmer to help out with my new wordpress MU installation.

The first thing I’d like to accomplish is to set up sub sites for each one of my authors where they’ll have the same interface as the main site ( https://Ahoodie.com ) but a different logo along with a different css stylesheet. All their posts would be published on their sub site (i.e.: bob.ahoodie.com) as well as on the main site (ahoodie.com).
