Looking for WP to Substack Plugin

  • Can’t seem to find it if it exists. Looking for a plugin similar to the ones that share post from your WP to social medias, but with substack. So when I write a post it would automatically post as a substack post as well. Is that possible? Or would that actually be bad from an SEO perspective?

  • Substack doesn’t have “posts”. It has newsletters (publications) and notes (which are like tweets as in Twitter).

    Substack also doesn’t have an official API, thus developers can’t create an automatic cross-posting solution.

    Substack has an importer, that will put any RSS feed into your (and your only) Inbox. I think I saw somewhere in their docs that they allow to manually (not automated) import (from a file) publications as well (not sure though).

    So basically, Substack is quite a closed system that wants all the generated content to be locked inside of it.
