Looking only show unreply comments

  • Hi guys!
    I have a blog have almost 80 new comments everyday. I always check their comments to reply them but I do not understand why I have many unreply comments (now I have 22,000 comments).
    Can anyone recommend me for a plugin or hack trick to do that?
