Looking to add a user/author bio section

I am looking to add a something to my blog that allows for a little bio of each of contributer of the blog. I want this to be something that is standard to the user when they log-in with questions and text fields for them to answer and enter into. This would then be saved and updated to an overall blog section called “Team Bios” or something like that. When “team bios” is selected from the navigation a list of the users would come up which can then be selected to view each person bio and a pic. This is a good example of what it is I am looking to accomplish. Is this something that could be accomplished in WP?
