Looking to hire person to help me customize a theme

I am frustrated trying to get a blog design up so I have resorted to asking for paid help from someone to help help me customise.

The changes I am looking for are probably quite simple for someone who knows coding.

I am looking for help to customize a theme called Constructor. If someone would be kind enough to reply I will give you the specs so you can quote me on the job.
