looks good, gets better but missing some features

  • During my first attempt to get this theme work, I had lots of problems, because the customizr settings had not been saved. After the last theme update it worked.

    No 5 stars because there are still some features missing, like a fullwidth template for posts (and not only pages). The typo isn’t that cool, when you load this theme on mobile devices. It needs more whitespace, paddings and margins.

    I am sorry to hear you have this problems. We are here to help you. Could you please let me know if you have the latest version of the theme and what version of WordPress are you using?
    And could you please try to deactivate all the plugins to check if there is a conflict?

    At the moment I have no chance to deactivate all Plugins, because it’s a live system. I’ll set up another single install for testing.

    My actual wordpress is 4.4 multisite and the newest theme version.

    Unless you have fully investigated the issue, it seems unfair to blame the theme when it could well be a conflict with a plugin that is the real issue. FWIW, I’ve not seen any other reports of this issue with the theme. In fact, you didn’t post to the theme’s dedicated support forum about this yourself…

    Sorry, you answer totally makes no sense for me.
    First of all, I have not time to search for every issue in a theme.
    Second, I posted a rating about what I experienced and not a support ticket for help.
    If this ain’t working, I change to another theme.

    I understand that you can’t really try deactivating all the plugins on your live enviroment, however we will be very grateful if you can try on a separate install as you mentioned to identify the issue and help us fix the eventual incompatibility.

    Okay, first point: the last theme update did it. Got the settings to be saved.

    If you still want to change your review, you can go here : https://www.ads-software.com/support/view/theme-reviews/zerif-lite ,scroll to the very bottom and you should see and be able to edit the whole initial review.

    Regarding the fullwith template, we have a template like this for pages, but posts don’t actually allow templates. If you wish , you can create a child theme where you can change the layout for the single post page. We can help you with this.
