Looks great but does not work with Catalyst Dynmkik theme?

In Catalyst Dynamik, this plugin returns just an unordered listing of pages and with no page hierarchy.
Is there any tweak in Catalyst Core or Dynamik to get this to work, or perhaps a plugin that conflicts with this one?
